Born and raised in Uvalde, Texas, Al Dungo is a passionate technologist and educator committed to bridging the digital divide in underserved communities. After earning the prestigious SMART Scholarship for Computer Science and completing their studies at Old Dominion University (ODU), Al returned to Texas to launch initiatives that empower students, educators, and entrepreneurs through technology.
