/terms
These Terms of Use govern your use of dungodigital.io and app.dungodigital.io, including any account you create, any mission participation you submit, and any DigiTag event you join. By using this site or creating an account, you agree to these terms. Dungo Digital is operated by Dungo LLC, a Texas limited liability company.
Version platform:1 · Effective May 17, 2026
Service scope
Dungo Digital provides a public brand and content site at dungodigital.io and an authenticated portal at app.dungodigital.io. Products currently offered include DigiTag (a hybrid digital and in-person game coordination service), the Mission Portal (a privacy-preserving community participation layer), and related operator and community tools.
Dungo Digital is an entertainment and technology service. It is not a hiring platform, dating service, public-safety tool, emergency-response service, or background-check service.
Accounts and authentication
To access the authenticated portal, you create an account using a mobile phone number as your primary identifier. Google and Apple sign-in are available as secondary methods. Email is not required.
Your account is identified by a persistent UUID that is independent of your phone number or social provider. You are responsible for maintaining control of the phone number, SIM card, and device associated with your account.
You must provide accurate information and use a phone number you are authorized to use. You may not create accounts on behalf of others without their knowledge. If your device or account is compromised, stop using the service and contact support. Shared accounts are not permitted.
Roles
Participants may view missions, submit private backing actions, and control their own visibility preferences.
Operators may create and manage missions, view aggregated participation data, and trigger mission state transitions including unlock actions. Operator access is granted by Dungo Digital and is not self-assigned.
Your role may change over time. Operator status may be removed if these terms are violated or if the operator relationship ends.
SMS program
By signing up for a DigiTag game, you agree to receive recurring operational text messages about registration, gameplay, eliminations, support, and game status. Consent is not a condition of purchase.
Message frequency varies with game activity and support needs. Message and data rates may apply.
Reply STOP at any time to opt out of future messages. Reply HELP for help. Additional SMS program details are available on the SMS messaging page.
Your phone number, if used to create a platform account, serves both as your authentication credential and as your SMS contact method. Opting out of SMS does not delete your account or remove your phone number from authentication.
Business contact line
Dungo Digital operates a public business contact line at 470-AIDUNGO (+14702438646). This line accepts inbound texts and calls from anyone seeking to contact Dungo LLC for business, collaboration, speaking, media, or general inquiries.
By texting this number, you consent to receive automated intake responses from an AI-assisted system operated by Dungo LLC. The assistant may ask for your name, organization, and reason for contact. Its purpose is to route your inquiry — not to make commitments or conduct business on Dungo Digital's behalf.
Message frequency is low and limited to responses to contact you initiate. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP at any time to end automated responses. Reply HELP to reach support at dungo@dungodigital.io.
Your mobile phone number is used only to respond to the inquiry you initiated. It is not shared with third parties for marketing purposes and is not sold to any party.
Mission Portal and private participation
The Mission Portal allows participants to privately back a Techs in the City mission — a location, conference, or event under consideration for Dungo Digital coverage.
When you submit a backing action, your input is processed by a zero-knowledge circuit on the Midnight network. This circuit produces a cryptographic commitment: a proof that a valid action was submitted without revealing your identity or choice to anyone, including Dungo Digital.
We cannot see the content of your backing action after it is submitted. The commitment is recorded on the Midnight network, which is a public blockchain. Once submitted, a backing action cannot be withdrawn, reversed, or deleted. This is a property of the underlying network, not a policy choice.
Your account receipt — the timestamp and mission ID stored in our database — can be deleted when you delete your account. The on-chain cryptographic commitment will remain regardless.
When a mission reaches a participation threshold, an unlock proof is generated and published publicly. That proof confirms the threshold was met. It does not contain your identity, your choice, or any information that links back to you individually.
You must accept a separate Mission Portal disclosure before submitting your first backing action.
DigiTag gameplay and conduct
Participation in any DigiTag event is subject to organizer, venue, and event-specific rules. You are responsible for following those rules and for using the product in a safe, respectful, and lawful manner. A separate Safety Waiver applies to all live in-person DigiTag events.
You agree not to:
- Trespass, stalk, threaten, harass, or endanger any person
- Impersonate another player or submit another person's phone number without consent
- Use the service while driving or operating dangerous equipment
- Misuse access codes, fake eliminations, or interfere with game operations
- Use DigiTag to pressure unwanted contact or invade another person's privacy
Account deletion and data limits
You may request deletion of your Dungo Digital account. Upon deletion, we will remove your account record, auth methods, and stored personal data from our database.
Exception: if you submitted a Mission Portal backing action, the cryptographic commitment recorded on the Midnight network cannot be removed. Deletion removes the database receipt but does not affect the on-chain commitment. See the Mission Portal disclosure for detail.
To request account deletion, contact us at the address below.
Intellectual property
The Dungo Digital name, DigiTag name, site content, code, product design, and published media are owned by or licensed to Dungo LLC. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without written permission.
If you create content on the platform — such as mission descriptions submitted as an operator — you grant Dungo Digital a non-exclusive license to display and use that content to operate the service.
Changes and availability
We may update, suspend, or discontinue parts of the website, messaging program, or game operations at any time. We may also update these terms to reflect product, legal, or operational changes.
Material changes — particularly to the Mission Portal section — may require you to re-accept before continuing to use affected features.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas. Any disputes will be resolved in Nueces County, Texas, unless another venue is required by applicable law.
